An architectural visualisation series of a garden retreat with a sauna, set within a landscape inspired by the dramatic scenery of the Isle of Skye. The understated contemporary building is carefully positioned so that its dark form and expansive glazing establish a natural connection with the surrounding mountain landscape.
The series explores the relationship between architecture and nature. Low, late-afternoon sunlight, distant mountain ridges and natural vegetation create an atmospheric setting, while the warm interior lighting subtly conveys the building’s character as a peaceful place to unwind.
The aim was to convey more than the building itself: to capture the atmosphere of a place where architecture feels deeply connected to the landscape.
